Problem with volume in sample

Hello again.
Look like, I again do something wrong:
sample1

  1. sample go down.
  2. volume off/on - not work.

Is it not possible to do like that?

With the yellow Volum column it just works on actual triggered notes, but not in empty lines.

I was made sound on/of in wrong column.
