I would be very surprised if Spectrum had a tracker before Amiga …

Anything advancing the amiga that had some kind of tracker is probably still the Commodore 64. My guess is Soundmonitor is one of the first music applications on the C64 that had a tracker interface.

However if you want to see the images of a whole loads of trackers and music editors released throughout the past two-three decades:
