I wouldn’t mind a ‘small’ new +.1 update every 3 or 4 months, tho with the lengthy bugtesting/fixing, I think that’s hardly possible

Well if you wait with registering untill 2.0 you might have to pay more and if you, reregister at 2.9 its going to be cheaper than at 3.1 so. Best deal would be to register now…
Also renoise version 1.0 at 2002…Renoise 2.0 in end of 2008 or 2009? Thats 6-7 years for a license…So if you wait a year untill 2.0 then another 7 years… Thats 8 years away…
No, but there will be a voting after 2.0 has been released. We would like to take care of mostly urgent/internally needed stuff for 2.0 first, then let you all decide whats next for Renoise…
