hi all
not sure if this is a renoise things or a windows xp thing (i recently switched from max os x)
but in renoise my system keeps looking and finding a midi device, which is no longer in use. ( a usb midi keyboard)
this looking and finding causes renoise to temporarily freeze , making it go out of sync with some hardware.
anybody know how i can stop this ?

Double check your device list (in Windows) to ensure the device is disabled? Double check midi devices (in Renoise) to make sure the device is not listed? Upgrade to W7? :B

thanks i couldnt find the problem yet. for now i unchecked the automatic scan option in renoise
