How does it work? Will the program be sent by email? And every updates too? When the 1.5 version comes out, do I just need to copy the demo over the registered copy? 
You will receive a user name and password and can then login in to the renoise user site. There you can download the new betas and vote on the polls. You will also get mail when there is new releases or other big news. The regged copies are normally installed on top of the demo versions.
