Renoise Winamp Plugin?

How about creating a Winamp plugin that users should be able to play Renoise Files in Winamp ?

I know that I can render it to wav and then to mp3 but I think that a winamp plugin should increase the popularity of Renoise.

The reason behind this idea is that most people don’t know how to use renoise because they never use such programs or they may get upset by telling them “you have to download renoise to hear the music I did” so with a winamp plugin they will easily be able to hear what other renoise users who are not register created.

Most people who use Renoise also make use of the VST capablities therefore it would be pointless to have a standalone player… It is far beyond the Module and XM format. (ProTracker/FastTracker).

Yeap you are right , how can a Winamp plugin support all this VST plugins?

Only if you render the whole song to wav :yeah:

and then you can simply mp3 or ogg it :) or FLAC or MPC or WVPack or whatever is out there :)
