This might be a really stupid question… I am using the repeater to manipulate a break and using the right hand mouse button to record what I am doing. When I play the song back do I have to turn the repeater on to hear the edits- at the exact time? This seems difficult. Also when I export the song will the edits be there? Sorry I am a newb and this is confusing me
You can absolutely record repeater automation. Mode and divisor both need to be present if you’re changing divisors. The Repeater device should be on (active).
If you are familiar with using automation in renoise, this should be fairly straightforward, but if you’re not, peep the manual or tutorial vids.
Repeater automation will be present in the final song render
