Rni And Rns File Format Specification

Hi!

I’m looking for the the file format specification for the RNI format for making a simple instrument editing program. I could reverse-engineer the format, but it would take a bit more time than i’d rather spend on it. Is there documentation available, and if so where can i find it?

this question is part of the FAQ. However, RNI format is not public at the moment; it will be released on next release and will be XML-based

Rns and RNI are not public. Xrns and Xrni will be, but currently this is still in development and for this reason the formats are not going to be made public unless it is certain that no drastic changes in the format will be done anymore before the next version of Renoise will be released.
