Some of the plug-ins that I’ve used convert the stereo signal to mono and render any panning effects that i’ve added in useless, is there any way that I can route that mono signal to another stereo track and do my panning there?
You could use two send devices chained in the channel, “Keep Source” on first one and route both to different send tracks (L/R), then use your plug in the sends with the same preset.
Another not so good possibility is to automate the panning silder from a gainer device put after your plug.
