when you select a part of a sample in the sample editor and then zoom in, the right edge is often hard to grab.
the selection edge hovering “<->” cursor often is +/- 50 pixels left or right to where it should actually be

I couldn’t reproduce the problem here. Selection cursors appear just fine…
Perhaps you could describe the exact steps involved?
