Hi together,
i have many old XM an IT files which use 8bit and 16bit samples … is it possible to show in the Sample Editor not only “44100Hz - Mono” but also “44100Hz - Mono - 16 bit or 8bit”.
I think it’s a very small feature, but very very helpfull to add the “Bit Info”.

you can actually see the bit depth of every sample when sample editor is visible.
take a look at the upper left corner of the sample editor frame, and there you are!
I shall put this in the documentation as well, saves some questions.
(But to be honest this hasn’t been built in that long ago… all current images come from the time where this wasn’t the case 
)
