- I had the Sample Recorder Dialog open
- I had a laptop with a monitor plugged in, both were mirroring the same desktop, defaulting to the monitor’s larger resolution.
- i set the monitor display to no longer mirror, i.e., the laptop screen was made the primary screen and monitor a 2nd screen.
