Is it possible to hear the metronome when playing back a sample in the sample editor, to quickly see where to chop off extra bits that fall off the last beat ? The metronome is switched on although it does not emit any sound, it does when playign tracks, though. - thanks !
Metronome will only play when the track is playing. You just put the sample in a pattern and play the pattern while watching the bar go across. Or, if you know exactly how many beats you want to cut at, right click the little numberline thing at the top or bottom of the sample and switch it to show beats.
