I want to ad midi (keyboard) chords like Dsus, G7, EM, etc. to renoise patterns. (How) is this possible?

erm … by playing the notes that make the chords ?! 
or do you search for a box that lets you enter Gmaj7 and then renoise plays the chord by istelf ? if you do, its not there. however, there are lots of freeware-chordassistants out there (I use one called nut chords 32, some stone-age freeware, to determine what the bullshit I just came up with is called in musician-terms 
)
If you mean recording / entering chords from computer keyboard or MIDI keyboard, you have to hold shift at the same time, or you will get the notes one after another instead.
