This happens to me all the time. If any track has multiple fx, scrolling along the tracks in mixer view stops the cursor.
Its like a blocker of the scrollwheel, you must minimise all the other panes in order to see some black on the channel then it works!

Not a bug per se, because how would you then scroll through devices in that track?
I could see a small improvement to the behaviour in which the track scrolling will continue once the list of devices in the “blocking” track can’t be scrolled any more.

its not often im scrolling up/down on a track…but im scrolling left and right all the time!
discovered scrolling on the mixer channel (volume etc) works without stopping!
