how can I create this perfect “cut-up” “microsampling” sound with renoise? what plugins or vst are???

From what I know from various french-touchy composer is that they like to use various quantity of small samples extracted from a lot of differents music, and assign them to the keys of you midi controller then play with them until you find the rythm that you want, put a boom tchak boom tchak on it with a massive synth line (every oscillators synced and with some feedback plus talkbox if you are daft punk oriented).
Tried 09XX on a shitload of samples?
