Sending Midi to Bitwig on macOS?

I’m trying to send midi from Renoise to Bitwig on macOS. I’ve set up a IAC Midi device, which I have selected as the midi output in Renoise on a track, but the damn midi notes won’t register in Bitwig for some reason. I’m using the HW Instrument device (with the same Midi Device selected) followed by a VST. Obviously I must be doing something wrong.

I tried that once, to transfer notes to Bitwig. It didn’t work well, there were huge timing problems, either caused by Bitwig, or by Renoise or by both. I don’t think the macos IAC is faulty. In Bitwig, did you enable record :smile: ? Did you check with a midi monitor software? Wasn’t there a midi in Bitwig, too?
