Hi,
Does anyone know how to automate the mod wheel in Serum in Renoise? I have a pluck preset which is made ‘bigger’ by the mod wheel, and I want to automate it so that the pluck sound changes in my track.
Any ideas?

use an “instrument midi control” device in the track effects section in the mixer. select a continuous controller “CC,” place it’s number to 1, then the value slider will control the mod wheel. like so (3rd line):

as you can see, there are all kinds of parameters you can control with this device.
Also check out the “instrument automation” device for vsts. it allows you to control vst parameters directly without needing to work through assigning controllers/macros in the plugin

I would control the ModWheel via the instrument automation, just like this:
But doing it via Instr. MIDI Control like zensphere suggested is ok, too.
