Setting 'LFO Dest' To 'Phrase Program' Twice Breaks Undo

Set an LFO’s Destination to: Instr. Macros - Phrase Program. Undo it then set it again. Now nothing can be undone past this point. It just says: ‘Change PlaybackMode’ was undone.
