it will be usefull if in the waveform window, somewhere, will be displayed how many samples have you selected in a sample
It’s already possible. Right-click the ruler below the waveform, select “samples”. On your screenshot it’s set to minutes. Selecting something will then show the number of samples selected in the round parentheses. Very useful for making pseudo wavetable like instruments and syncing them, thanks for making me dig this up from the manual!
