Could anyone fill me in on how to use the bus compressor in 1.9 to sidechain drums?

I searched for twenty minutes or so and must have overlooked where this info is.

You can’t. It is a misleading label.

You need to get something like Sidekick by Twisted Lemon, or the TC Native Bundle.
