Simple quick way to clear a track

Is there a one-step way to clear a track ? I record using a MIDI controller and I’d like to very quickly redo a track recording, possibly when the others are still playing. Like when a wrong note was played. So far I stop reoise, then I use the mouse to select everything in a track and then use ‘cut’. All from the right button context menu. No delete it seems.

Shift + F3 will cut the entire track contents.
