This Vid puts an artificial slowed down sound to mimic an 80’s VHS. Is there a way to do this with Renoise? The guy shows how to do it with FL Studio but obviously we’re not using that here.

On that guy’s channel aka Pumping Body he shows how he makes songs. He uses FL Studio and you can see kind of how he alters the sound to get this effect. He doesn’t explain it but you see his FL studio session and can make guesses as to how it works. I’m not that good and thought one of you might already know how to do this type of thing.
