I’m sure this has been mentioned before but the search terms are too broad to find it without spending hours sifting…
Middle click on the pattern moves the cursor to the column = Great.
Middle click on the pattern moves the cursor to the exact character you click on, including instrument numbers, volume and pan characters 1 and 2, and pattern column characters 1,2,3 or 4 = Fantastic.
This should be optional I guess, with a checkbox in the preferences.
What do people reckon?
This is something I wish was possible every time I use renoise.
I totally agree. It looks so far like Middle-Click = double-click. Probably a Mac-compatibility decision.
So let’s make double-click also respond “per-character”.
And while we’re at it, clicking a track label in the pattern editor should put the focus on that track. Makes things consistent with the oscilloscopes.
