[Solved] Can'T Send Private Messages To Specific User

Trying to message a member who wants to send me an entry for the Dead Dog Competitions I run but he has zero posts and I get this:

Is that due to post count or something else?

He managed to comment on my Profile and I’ve left a note of my email there so hopefully he’ll get to me in time, just wondered if my reasoning is correct.

Cheers that sent, hopefully that means he’ll get an email telling of new message and be able to respond soon with his entry :)
