On their website I only see a way to download the PC and macos version of the plugin. I know the plugin is supported on linux so I’m just curious how I can actually download it.

Look, here you can download a .deb archive of the plugin:

And even when you don’t have debian/ubuntu, you can just extract the .deb (is a .zip archive), and inside is a file “data.tar.xz” that contains an .so file you can extract to “~/.vst/” to get the synth working.
