[Solved] Renoise 2.5 Does Not Start To Play

I´ve just installed the new version of renoise 2.5 on my Imac 10.6.2 and when I press space bar nothings happens. The play button is highlighted and that´s it. When I press the space bar once more, the play button starts to blink like hell. Can someone please help me?

Please check your MIDI settings in Renoise. This looks like a MIDI feedback loop with MIDI clock:
