EDIT: this was Reaplugs vs. 2.1, I installed Reaplugs 2.2 and the problem is gone! I reckon it was Reaplugs fault!
I’ve solved both of these issues, sorry to spam this forum!
also, Meldaproduction’s free noise plugin (MNoiseGenerator) doesnt make noise on project open, only after the plugin interface is shown.
EDIT: fixed the Melda plugin by going into the question mark menu and deselecting the ‘disable plugin when not playing’ mode.
