I’m using the Renoise demo and I have a channel that is on, not muted or turned off, but I can only hear its output in solo mode. How can I rectify this problem so I can always hear it?
I think I’ve found the source of the problem: there’s another channel that uses the same instrument, but when it’s silenced, the problematic channel plays.
If your instrument has a Plugin or the samples use sample fx then they’re restricted to playing on a single track only (if you’re using the latter then each chain can be directed to a specific track with the Output).
Thank you. I ultimately fixed it by duplicating the instrument for use on the newer track
