this tool uses sox to batchprocess (all)samples in an instrument, you can also change samplerate through sox;

Just wanted to mention this, because the devs put efforts to optimize sinc resampling 2 years ago (long time ago), maybe its more easy to simply use a free lib? Also seems to be fast, and Renoise offline sinc rendering is really slow.
