If I want to store a setting of an vst/au plugin to one of the A or B slot, there is a huge lag including beachball. Reading the setting works flawlessly.
Is that VST having a lot of parameters or can you load custom samples in these VST’s?
Can you please list some specific plugins that you’re having problems with?

it’s always reproducible with plugins using the 32bit bridge here. E.g. ambience vst, tal flanger au, supaphaser au. These plugins have less parameters but already lag for maybe 2 seconds. larger plugins will result in a 10 second pause.
