It is still there i believe, you just have to paste the XML snippet that calls it, manually back in.

Disk Browser → DSP Chain → Library Button → Deprecated → Stutter.xrnt → Double Click

As I’ve said twice in this thread you don’t even need to do that as it’s included with Depreciated Effects in the File Manager, DSP Chains section.

Yes I know but it would be a lot better to be if its just a normal accessible dsp effect.

They promised to bring back the stutter device or even create something better for 2.6 but they forgot to. But Taktik already apologized and I believe we won’t be left without this again and many other new cool devices will be coming with the next release anyway.
