Sorry to veer off topic slightly, but rather than have smooth or jerky scrolling, I would like to see no scrolling at all (as an option of course). I think it would be nice to move the cursor up and down without any scrolling, because the whole 64 lines fits on the screen at once in big resolutions. It would be like a true text editor equivalent then 
Press scroll? (hoping for yet another one of these “YAY RENOISE ALREADY HAS IT?!?”, instead of having misunderstood something

Haha, and I half-hope for the reverse too, as I’ve suggested enough features to last me a lifetime which are already there 
Thankfully, I think I may be safe here - although scroll lock stops the scrolling while playing, it doesn’t do the same while editing. I want the 64 lines to stay completely still while I am editing too (the standard cursor, not the ‘play/line’ cursor).
