There are tons online where you can choose between 30 voices with different accents and tweak the parameters like speed, pitch, etc. Just do some google searching. All you need to do from there is record your system sound as it reads back to you, and pow! I do this for my songs where I want to mention my brand. Kind of like how producers on rap songs always mention themselves at the start of the song. It’s cool to chop and screw these short samples.
