I’ve made a song in Renoise in 44.1 khz, but when switched to 48.0 it doesn’t play the song correctly. So I switched back to 44.1… I decided to mix the song in Pro Tools, but when rendering I chose 44.1 since that’s what the config says - is this a good thing to do; No quality loss, even though I rendered it in 32 bit?
may be that you used some VST plugins which do not support 48Khz frequency.
44khz is enough for most application, though DAT quality is 48Khz so your song could need a resampling to be sent to a producer, but it is unlikely to be so
if you compose for CD then use 44,1 Less hassle afterwards.
OK thanks for the answers.
