I find it annoying to reach for mouse when I’m editing the phrases, My laptop doesn’t have a dedicated right click button in between alt and ctrl.
is there any keyboard shortcut for opening the right click context menu?

You can try looking in [Edit > Preferences > Keys] … maybe you will find one
