As I have recently purchased 'toneboosters track essentials ’ , I found out that when rendeing to selection , the very first note is not compressed while rendered to selection

the plugin introduces absolutely no delay
This sometimes happens to me, not directly related to Toneboosters compressor however.
For example, I will render a VST instrument going through a VST effect,
and the first few notes don’t get rendered.
What I usually do to fix this is,
play the phrase I want rendered again,
(doesn’t have to be the full phrase, just enough of the beginning part),
before trying to render it again.
For some reason to which I can’t explain, it usually wakes something up.

try rendering again.
Sometimes it take a couple tries (steps 2 to 4), usually never more than three or four attempts.
Maybe uncheck the “auto disable” plugin option?
