maybe possible write script for fast copy note for another instruments?

idea:

copy track with note’s (cntrl/cmd + c) -> select instruments in browser -> alt + v paste with select instruments

It does not exactly as you described no, but the clipboard isn’t accessible for Lua scripts, so that tool is the closest thing to what you described.
