We often use a computer keyboard to input notes, the keyboard has letters & these relate to notes 
. How about a note-pad like tool where you can paste a text into and generate the note-events in the pattern (or across patterns) according to the letters/symbols etc in the text?
Could be a nice way to generate ‘random’ melodies, possible starting points for tracks (when out of ideas of course ;))
Certain letters/symbols on the keyboard don’t generate an event, like the letter A, F & K, maybe when encountered in a text, these are just skipped during generation or you can set-up some kind of rule like place note-off, or insert empty line etc?
Would be cool if you could set up the amount of lines that are default between letters/notes, this to provide some kind of spacing.
