I’m just putting it out there, as I don’t know the scripting language myself, though maybe it’s a simple little script for someone with knowhow. Basically the idea is to be able to assign a keyboard shortcut to the preference GUI>Separate Edit and Play Position. I’m not sure if the scripting allow that to be modified, but if so it would be great. I find I would like to toggle between that option quite a bit, as opposed to Follow Playback Position, which although useful, I find scrolling through single pages without the screen scrolling a much more legible way of working, though needing to open the prefs to then stop/toggle that option for editing is quite cumbersome.
If it is possible and someone found the time to code it up, it’d be much appreciated, andI think a handy tool for others as well.
