OSX Big Sur 11.1: Tooltips not appearing

Tooltips do not appear on mouse hover on macOS Big Sur 11.1. Toggling the “show tooltips” checkbox in Preferences appears to have no effect.

I also do not see tooltips with Renoise v3.2.4 on my machine with Big Sur.

My Catalina machine with v3.2.4 does show tooltips.
