Hello! Apologies if this has been posted before, but it’s disturbing my workflow more and more, so I thought I’d post here.
This was an issue on Renoise 2.8x as well as in the 3 beta.
Basically any edits I try to undo while editing a waveform (fade in/out, cut, paste) do not undo. Instead, in the status bar, I can see it’s applying undo events to stuff I did outside of the waveform editor (so for instance if I edit the pattern, then switch to the waveform editor a cut a bit of a sample, then undo, I see the statusbar mention that the pattern edit was un-done … not the waveform edit as expected).
