fixes buttons failing to get renoise’ state, added a 2nd page with a mixer. I was unable to fix the sequencer looper (repeater works fine)
Work with latest touchosc and renoise
If this is good enough, this can be merged in duplex copy.

what happened to this?
it’s working pretty well, but I lost interest back then (iirc i was very frustrated with trying to fetch track colors/names from Duplex, (mostly due to legaciness of the whole and my lack of lua skills) so i used and enjoyed reaper and usine for a bit)
Paging across the “mixing desk” view is still sketchy, the first page is working okay, even a renoise iteration later.
It’s not that much better than what was previously available. Im unlikely to work much more on the matter, but feel free to shoot some MRs if you can make it better.

I think i’ll ditch out the mixer page can be ditched out, and should just fix the vanilla version with no added features) for this to be added to upstream.
