Hi I am brand new to Renoise and music production and this is my very first attempt at a song - very weird and silly, but we all start somewhere right?

I dig it. Chaotic and eclectic, yet it has that breakcore/idm structure underpinning everything (feels like a track, not just a bunch of stuff going on willy nilly). Sounds a lot “cleaner” and more “polished” than any of my first works. Keep it up!

Probably why I like it. The silly aspect I think needs context; there are some sounds/textures (some slow vibrato pitchy stuff) that on their own might sound a little silly, but I think you did a great job of blending them into the track. In context it is no longer “silly” but “playful/engaging.” The sound design I really like.
Really impressed with how this turned out being a first attempt. I look forward to hearing more! I’d offer more “critical” feedback, but I don’t really have much from my initial listen and I feel like any mix/master/production critique so early on might get in the way of the composition/arrangement. Keep developing your style!
