There won’t be coming a video tutorial on CD.
But most possibly videos posted on YouTube / GoogleVideo and metacafe.
At least some of those hosts allow you to download content locally.
With todays streaming technology, CD stuff is moneywasting. Let alone that you have to waste money on postage and packaging.

And guys post on google. Becouse downloading from google was simple as in your tube.
Your Tube need to install plugin for firefox and after this can download.
and about offline tutorial better will be if all pages will be as online tutrial note used labels
