Is it possible (is there already a tool) to be abble to open vsti (with the preset) that i used in other track directly from the library (as it is already makable with samples) ?

The possibility to drag any type of instrument directly from the xrns in the browser and not just samples, which is currently possible, would be a very nice feature that i requested a while back. Let’s hope this will be possible some day in the future.
