I think the button hover reacts when hovering over the button border line, but clicking the line does not register as a button press. Therefor the hover highlight gives the wrong indication.
I would prefer if the click area was the same as the hover area.
(I’m at 200% scaling… maybe the issue appears when being very close to the dialog border)
