Visual "sample-time-reference"

Hey what’s up?

I dunno if this has been mentioned before, and my searching skills suck, so I’ll just vent a wish here. I’d like to be able to see the length of the used samples in a song visually in the pattern (maybe by color accenting).

I sometimes find it irritating to determine where I’m at in the sample. Especially when I have longer samples on multiple tracks.

a visual aid would be appreciated.

Yes there are quite a few topics upon this idea in the suggestion box here.

Note if you do a search:tag the “and older” radiobutton under the “last 30 days” section and tag the "partial match"radiobutton.

I’ve always wondered why these options are not selected by default…
