Vst For Instant Retrig

Hi,
I am wondering if does exist a plugin that can perform a retrig on what is currently playing in a track.

I mean: I have track 1 with a drum loop playing and this plugin turned on. I activate it (with a button or any other way to control it) and it retrigs the sound in that particular moment.

I’ve tried plugins such as Glitch or LiveCut, but it seems to me that they can only work on the whole pattern, so I have to set them in advance. Am I wrong?

Mh, but I don’t want to automate it. I want to use it in a live, so I want to retrig notes in different points of the song. I’ll look into InstaJungle, anyway.

Glitch doesn’t fit for the purpose because I have to put the retrig effect in a specific portion of the track. This way I can retrig just that portion. I tried to use it putting only retrig effects, but this way I can’t control the lenght of the retrig.

I use it, but in a live situation that’s not so good.

Sounds like InstaJungle is exactly what you’re after then.

When I used to play with it a bit set the four retrig options at different retrig rates than toggle which is on/off via a midi controller. Few other bits and bobs you can do too but that’s the basics and what you seem to be asking for.

theres more. but that should work for now.

Yes, I tried it and it’s pretty cool. Anyway, it seems that the official site doesn’t work and the version I downloaded for windows doesn’t provide the button “external editor”. It works, but without its own interface I can miss something, maybe.

Thanks very much for these plugins. I tried Memory and it’s really great. So simple and powerful. I’ll try all the other ones.

Thanks again.

Been a long time since I used it and on Linux now but I don’t think it ever had it’s own GUI/external editor when I played with it either.
