i used my VST Instrument to 80-90 percent in mono Mode for Record. Is there a way to set the mono mode as default setting?

You mean the instrument Mono Button? Or do you mean record VST audio in mono?
I mean the mono Button in VST Instrument Dialog.
Not really. But you can add a bunch of empty instruments and set all their Mono mode to active. An then save it as a new template. Then you have this setup everytime you open a new project. Now you just can load a sample or VST into one of these empty instruments.
